Keep reading!<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_organization\">Organization<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_organization\"><p>An internationally operating Corporate &amp; Investment Banking organization within the Benelux is looking for a driven and high-performing Associate to strengthen its Investment Banking team in Amsterdam. This position has arisen due to the continued growth of activities across the Benelux region and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio, including corporates, financial sponsors, and high-growth companies. In this role, you will provide strategic advice and work on structured and leveraged financing solutions.<\/p> <p>Within this organization, innovation, advanced technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas are central. As an Associate, you will play an important role in the execution of transactions while gradually taking on more responsibility in client interaction and business development.<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Function<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><p>Working closely with senior bankers and specialists across various sector and product teams, you will support the management of key workstreams and contribute to the origination and structuring of tailored solutions across mergers and acquisitions, as well as equity and debt financing. The role offers significant exposure to clients and internal stakeholders and is designed as a pathway toward a Vice President position.<\/p> <p>To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:<\/p> <ul> <li>Leading key workstreams across advisory and financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets activities, and other strategic initiatives;<\/li> <li>Taking full ownership of financial analyses and valuations, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and clear articulation of key insights in collaboration with relevant product and sector teams;<\/li> <li>Driving the development of client materials, including pitch books, strategic presentations, and transaction documentation;<\/li> <li>Managing transaction processes end-to-end in coordination with senior bankers, including interaction with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders;<\/li> <li>Actively contributing to client discussions and supporting the development of long-term client relationships through consistent and thoughtful engagement;<\/li> <li>Playing a meaningful role in origination efforts, working alongside product and sector teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic ideas, and prepare client-facing materials;<\/li> <li>Supervising and mentoring Analysts, ensuring high-quality execution while supporting their professional development.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p>To be successful in this role, you have or are:<\/p> <ul> <li>A completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field;<\/li> <li>A Master&rsquo;s degree, combined with a demonstrated interest in finance and strong analytical capabilities;<\/li> <li>Relevant work experience within investment banking, corporate finance, or a comparable environment;<\/li> <li>Fluency in English.
