Function

As a Junior Business Analyst – Regulatory Reporting, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of regulatory reporting application processes. Working in a collaborative and innovative team, you’ll help bridge the gap between finance and IT to support critical decision-making.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve the daily operations of the regulatory reporting system, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work with large datasets, using SQL to analyze and transform data into meaningful insights for reporting purposes.
  • Propose and implement changes to make the processes faster, smarter, and more reliable.
  • Work closely with IT and Risk colleagues in a supportive and agile environment to solve challenges and deliver results.
  • Test and validate changes to ensure data integrity and maintain high-performance standards.
  • Keep documentation up to date and ensure that all changes are well-documented and traceable.
     

Requirements

To be successful as a Junior Business Analyst – Regulatory Reporting, the following should apply:

  • Master’s in Finance; Business; Economics or Technology and/or a combination of both;
  • 0 – 2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills;
  • Strong affinity with process optimization and (Big) Data;
  • Knowledge of SQL is a must;
  • Knowledge of MS Visual Studio and Azure DevOps is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills and a real team player;
  • You are interested in the financial world and curious about the underlying technical processes;
  • Proactive and stress-resistant attitude, and you think in terms of solutions;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is a preference.

  • Gross monthly salary of €3.900 – €4.300 (40h), depending on your background and experience;
  • 13th gross month;
  • Study budget of €1.500;
  • Monthly pension contribution (employee premium free);
  • 25 vacation days per year and paid public holidays;
  • 8,33% holiday allowance;
  • Commuting from home to work reimbursement.
