Let’s talk

Next, we would like to get to know you! This is done via a video call and will take about 45 minutes.

Preparation interview client

We submit your profile to the client. If the client is enthusiastic, you will be invited for an interview. Through our interview training, we make sure you are ready for the interview!

Interview client

The interview with our client takes about 1 hour and will take place online or at the client’s office (depending on government and RIVM guidelines). Our account manager is also present to provide you with valuable feedback afterwards.

New job!

Are both you and the client positive about the interview? Then we offer you an agreement within two weeks and you can start your new job!

Have you been working for a while and are you switching jobs? In most cases you will then be directly employed by our client.
