Organization

Our client is an international bank involved in banking, asset management, leasing, insurance, and real estate. You will work in a department that is the partner for all Finance & Risk data, crucial for internal decision-making and regulatory compliance. You will be part of a team focused on change and improvement.

 

Function

You will be part of a team involved in a major transition within the bank. This transition focuses on establishing a single integrated external reporting environment to replace the current separate systems. The team is responsible for implementing and migrating all external reports to one central platform. This new platform will enable quick and efficient conversion of data into reliable reports. You will work closely with colleagues responsible for the bank’s financial reporting and reports to regulators such as De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and the European Central Bank (ECB).

As a Junior Financial Change Professional, you will leverage your strong analytical skills and communication abilities to connect various data and stakeholders within the bank. You will be involved in streamlining new and existing processes. Acting as a translator between business and IT, you will ensure proper alignment between different stakeholders. You will actively engage with stakeholders at all levels and proactively manage these relationships to ensure a smooth transition process.

 

Requirements

To be successful as a Junior Financial Change Professional, you have or are:

  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Change Management, Business Administration, or a related field; 
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; 
  • Affinity with financial processes, change management, data, and IT; 
  • Affinity with process optimization; 
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus; 
  • Strong ability to make connections; 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and align colleagues; 
  • A curious mindset and willingness to ask questions; 
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player; 
  • Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit; 
  • Fluent in English.

  • Gross monthly salary of €3.200 – €3.400 (36 hours), depending on knowledge and experience; 
  • Study budget of €1.500 for external training and/or courses; 
  • 22,5 vacation days per year, plus paid holidays and 8,33% vacation allowance; 
  • A 13th-month salary; 
  • Participation in pension scheme; 
  • Commuting from home to work reimbursement.
