Organization

Our client is a leading global bank in Financial Markets services. They provide professional investors (including professional traders, market makers, brokers, and investment parties) access to financial markets around the world and make it possible for these clients to trade in financial products. These investors are further supported in complying with laws and regulations.

 

Function

You will be working for the Operations Trade Processing business line. Currently, this business line is in transition. The focus is on digitalization, automation of processes, and data-driven innovation. This leads to a need for ‘new generation’ employees with an innovative mindset. The team leads the way in operational governance, safeguarding the quality and accuracy of client transaction data. The team is diverse, with many different nationalities and a range of experience. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze end-to-end data flows in trade processing, solve errors and exceptions, and maintain a robust and predictable process
  • Dive into data processes, find those areas that could be faster, smoother, or smarter, and make them happen
  • Suggest and help set up automation tools that cut out the repetitive work so the organization can focus on what matters
  • Join daily and weekly check-ins where your ideas and insights drive real change
  • Work on projects that shape the future of the team and make a difference for corporate clients

 

Requirements

To be successful as a Junior Trade Data Professional – Financial Markets, the following should apply:

  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Economics, Business Administration or similar;
  • 0 – 1 years of working experience (internships included);
  • Knowledge of financials products and banking;
  • Affinity with Financial Markets, Financial Data & Financial Systems;
  • You are interested in automation and process improvement;
  • Highly analytical, proactive, and hands-on mentality;
  • Excellent in English, spoken and written.
