Are you an experienced professional within the financial sector, securities services, custody or asset servicing who enjoys client contact, stakeholder management and improving service delivery? For an international financial organisation in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Client Service Manager Securities Services.
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for a portfolio of professional clients. You will monitor the quality of service delivery, ensure that client queries and potential issues are handled effectively, and continuously work to improve the overall client experience.
Organization
You will join an international financial institution operating globally within Corporate & Institutional Banking. From the Netherlands, both corporate and institutional clients are supported with solutions in areas including capital markets, financing, treasury, advisory and securities services.
Within Securities Services, professional clients are supported in the management, processing and administration of investments and securities. You will work in an international environment where operational teams, product specialists and client teams collaborate closely.

Function
As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall client experience of the clients assigned to you within Securities Services. You will build strong client relationships, understand their strategy and needs, and ensure that the internal organisation is aligned accordingly.
You will act as the key link between clients and various internal teams. You will maintain an overview of service delivery, discuss performance with clients and ensure that queries, complaints and areas for improvement are addressed in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with professional and institutional clients;
- Developing a broad network within the client’s organisation;
- Understanding clients’ strategies, needs and expectations;
- Acting as the central point of contact between clients and internal operational teams;
- Monitoring the quality and continuity of service delivery;
- Organising and facilitating periodic service reviews with clients;
- Identifying areas for improvement and translating these into concrete actions;
- Coordinating the follow-up of client queries, requests and complaints;
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders and international teams;
- Continuously identifying opportunities to further improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in a role where you were responsible for professional clients within the financial sector;
- Experience in client servicing, relationship management or a comparable client-facing role;
- Knowledge of financial markets, asset management and/or securities services;
- Experience working with institutional or corporate clients is highly preferred;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- The ability to build sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate client needs and challenges into practical solutions;
- The ability to manage multiple clients, teams and interests effectively;
- A proactive and client-focused approach, with the ability to maintain oversight in a dynamic international environment.
