Functie
As an ESG Manager, you will work closely with the CFO and investment teams to implement ESG strategies and drive value creation within portfolio companies. You will advise management teams on ESG compliance and translate sustainability goals into measurable impact. Additionally, you will play a key role in ESG reporting and investor relations.
Your responsibilities:
Strategic
- Implementing ESG strategies within portfolio companies
- Guiding management teams on ESG objectives
- Monitoring and sharing ESG trends and regulation
Operational
- Coordinating ESG reporting (CSRD, SFDR, UN-PRI)
- Identifying and executing CO₂ reduction initiatives
- Preparing quarterly and annual reports for investors
- Responding to ESG-related inquiries from stakeholders
- Supporting shareholder meetings and investor relations
Functie-eisen
- Fluency in Dutch is required; German is a plus
- MSc in Finance, Business, Sustainability, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in consultancy (Big 4, ESG data, or assurance)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Expertise in ESG regulations and sustainability reporting
- Hands-on, independent, and proactive mindset
Aanbod
- Salary up to €7.800 gross per month, depending on experience
- 8% holiday allowance + 13th month both paid monthly
- 12% employer pension contribution
- Bonus (up to 2 extra monthly salaries)
